    Responsibilities

    To perform the day-to-day activities of the Laundry Department in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be instructed by the Director of Environmental Services to assure that the Laundry Department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner, and that adequate laundry/linen supplies are readily available to meet the daily needs of our patients. Sorts and folds clean linen. Take inventory of linen exchange carts and replenishes with clean linen on the par level system. Aids in delivery of linen exchange carts. Other related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    HS diploma or equivalent. Previous commercial Laundry experience preferred.
